Returns & Exchange Policy

 

At Vaama Jewellery, your satisfaction means everything to us. If for any reason you're not completely happy with your purchase, we offer a 15-day hassle-free return and exchange policy to ensure your experience remains as elegant as your jewellery.

Condition Return/Exchange Eligibility
Return / Exchange Window Within 15 days from the date of delivery.
Product Condition Must be unworn, in original packaging, and accompanied by the certificate.
Damaged / Defective Items 100% refund after inspection and quality verification.
Other Return Reasons Refund after ₹1000 deduction. However, we will add this amount in your Vaama Wallet balance for your next purchase.
Exchange Eligibility Full value eligible for exchange (if unused and not customized).
Orders Above ₹1,00,000 Eligible for exchange only, refund not applicable.
Jewellery Insurance Non-refundable under all circumstances.

 

Eligibility Criteria

  • Items must be in unused condition, returned in their original packaging, and accompanied by all certificates and documentation.
  • Customized pieces, engraved jewellery, and loose solitaires are not eligible for return or exchange, but may be covered under our buyback policy.
  • Orders placed via EMI, Wallet credit, or Jewellery Savings Schemes are only eligible for exchange, not refund.
  • International orders are currently not eligible for returns or exchanges under this policy.

Procedure for Returns and Exchanges

 

  1. Start Your Request: Drop us an email at care@vaama.co within 15 days of receiving your order.
  2. Help Us Help You: Share your order ID, a clear product photo, invoice, and authenticity certificate (if available).
  3. Approval from Our Team: We’ll review your request and provide simple shipping instructions.
  4. Inspection with Care: Once we receive your piece, our team will conduct a gentle quality check to ensure everything’s in place.
  5. Processing Your Refund or Exchange: 
    Refunds will be issued within 10–14 business days via RazorpayX payout.
    Exchanges will be processed as per current gold rates and active offers.

Extended Exchange Terms

  • Once an exchange has been processed, any future requests will be governed by our Lifetime Exchange Policy.
  • Products exchanged once under the 15-day return window will not qualify again for a second refund or return under the same policy.
  • If your product is received damaged, incorrect, or defective, we will issue a 100% refund or exchange after a verification process.

How our refunds are handled

  • All refund requests must be submitted within 15 days of purchase, and will undergo quality checks along with verification of documents like invoices or certificates.
  • Refunds are processed through RazorpayX directly to your original payment method and typically take 10–14 working days.
  • If your purchase included freebies, they must be returned as well, or the refund amount will be adjusted accordingly.
  • Any discounts, promo codes, or coupons used during purchase will be deducted from the total refund amount.
  • Please note that advance payments for customized jewellery are strictly non-refundable.
