At Vaama Jewellery, your satisfaction means everything to us. If for any reason you're not completely happy with your purchase, we offer a 15-day hassle-free return and exchange policy to ensure your experience remains as elegant as your jewellery.

Eligibility Criteria
- Items must be in unused condition, returned in their original packaging, and accompanied by all certificates and documentation.
- Customized pieces, engraved jewellery, and loose solitaires are not eligible for return or exchange, but may be covered under our buyback policy.
- Orders placed via EMI, Wallet credit, or Jewellery Savings Schemes are only eligible for exchange, not refund.
- International orders are currently not eligible for returns or exchanges under this policy.
Procedure for Returns and Exchanges
- Start Your Request: Drop us an email at care@vaama.co within 15 days of receiving your order.
- Help Us Help You: Share your order ID, a clear product photo, invoice, and authenticity certificate (if available).
- Approval from Our Team: We’ll review your request and provide simple shipping instructions.
- Inspection with Care: Once we receive your piece, our team will conduct a gentle quality check to ensure everything’s in place.

Processing Your Refund or Exchange:
Refunds will be issued within 10–14 business days via RazorpayX payout.
Exchanges will be processed as per current gold rates and active offers.
Extended Exchange Terms
- Once an exchange has been processed, any future requests will be governed by our Lifetime Exchange Policy.
- Products exchanged once under the 15-day return window will not qualify again for a second refund or return under the same policy.
- If your product is received damaged, incorrect, or defective, we will issue a 100% refund or exchange after a verification process.
How our refunds are handled
- All refund requests must be submitted within 15 days of purchase, and will undergo quality checks along with verification of documents like invoices or certificates.
- Refunds are processed through RazorpayX directly to your original payment method and typically take 10–14 working days.
- If your purchase included freebies, they must be returned as well, or the refund amount will be adjusted accordingly.
- Any discounts, promo codes, or coupons used during purchase will be deducted from the total refund amount.
- Please note that advance payments for customized jewellery are strictly non-refundable.
