This policy lays out how you can exchange or return your lab-grown diamond jewellery at any point in time, ensuring peace of mind and long-term value with every piece you own.

Eligibility

This program is valid exclusively for lab-grown diamond jewellery purchased through Vaama Jewellery’s official website or authorized partners.

It applies only to orders that are placed and fulfilled within India.

All items must successfully pass Vaama’s internal Quality Check before any exchange or buyback is approved.

Vaama Lifetime Exchange Promise

 

At Vaama Jewellery, your sparkle is forever — and so is the value of your jewellery. With our Lifetime Exchange Policy, you can upgrade or switch your jewellery anytime and receive full value based on real-time market rates:

• 100% of the diamond value as per prevailing lab-grown diamond prices.
• 100% of the gold (or platinum) value based on current market rates.
  
  

Important Conditions

• The original invoice and diamond certificate must be provided for valuation.
• If the certificate is lost, a ₹1,500 deduction will apply for revalidation.
• The credited exchange value can be used only to purchase new jewellery from Vaama and cannot be encashed.
• All promotional or custom discounts applied at purchase are considered consumed benefits and will be deducted from the assessed value in our exchange process.
• Final valuation will be conducted by Vaama’s Quality Team, and the exchange will be processed post-approval.

We understand that preferences evolve — and at Vaama, your jewellery holds timeless value. Our Buyback Policyensures you retain maximum worth when you choose to part with your jewellery.

 

What We Offer:

• 90% of the gold/platinum value, calculated at the current market rate.
• 90% of the diamond value, based on prevailing lab-grown diamond rates.
  
  

Buyback Conditions

We offer two Refund options:

• Refunds are initiated via RazorpayX within 15 business days of final approval.
• Refund can be credited to your Vaama Wallet instantly after assessment with 5% additional value to the actual refund.
• The credited buyback refund can be used only to purchase new jewellery from Vaama and cannot be encashed.
• A ₹1,500 deduction will apply in case of a missing certificate.
• All promotional or custom discounts applied at purchase are considered consumed benefits and will be deducted from the assessed value in our buyback process.
• Buyback is applicable only if the jewellery passes Vaama’s Quality Inspection and matches the original purchase record.
  

How to Avail the Vaama Lifetime Exchange or Buyback Policy

1. Get in Touch: Email us at care@vaama.co or connect with us via chat on our website to initiate your exchange or buyback request.
   
2. Initial Valuation: Our team will provide a preliminary estimate based on the product details and photos you share.
3. Pickup Service: Once you approve the estimate:
   
   1. We’ll schedule a secure pickup from your registered address.
   2. A flat pickup fee of ₹750 will apply and will be adjusted against your final settlement.
4. Final Valuation: After receiving the product and completing our quality checks, we’ll share the final assessed value for your confirmation.
5. Payout / Credit: Based on your preference:
   
   
1. The exchange value will be credited to your Vaama Wallet for future purchases, or
2. The buyback amount will be transferred to your bank account via RazorpayX.
